SPRAY/DRYING BOOTH
Surface preparation operations are performed in an adapted preparation chamber with the dimensions of 16000x5500x5000 (h). On the prepared surface, a two-layer epoxy-polyurethane system is used, while maintaining the required dry layer thickness. The system can be applied "wet on wet", which means that after a short evaporation of the base layer, the topcoat can be applied.

Dimensions of the spray/drying booth:
  • A group of two cabins with a total length of 17000x5500x5000 (h).
Liquid painting is a process that includes surface preparation, varnishing, coating drying and a quality control process. The pre-treatment process allows to clean the material as well as to improve the bond between the coating and the element. The surface preparation process is carried out using chemical or mechanical methods. - Chemical method uses phosphates. - Mechanical method uses sand or shot blasting.
